He is the President of Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh, India, and the founder of the Hindu Jain Temple in Pennsylvania. An example of his local engagement includes co-chairing a community-wide planning process for rebuilding St. Luke’s hospital in San Francisco.
