Iniciando este año 2018 se presentó en el Valle del Cauca la suspensión del servicio en salud en la clínica INVANACO con respeto a la Asociación Indígena del Cauca AIC. Cabe resaltar que a nivel de XV mandato del congreso realizado en Rio Blanco Sotara, las comunidades dieron el visto bueno para la transición de la salud al SISPI. Consejero Enrique Perdomo cual es la problemática que se presenta en esta clínica en mención y cuál es la postura política que se tiene desde la organización?
