I ask You to lift what feels heavy, to ease what feels tight within my chest, and to settle the places where rest has not yet returned. You invite me to learn from You, to walk with You, to breathe in the gentleness of Your heart. “Encontra descanso para tua alma.” Lord, that is what I long for this morning — the kind of rest that goes deeper than sleep, the kind that reaches the hidden corners inside me.
