Jesus, be my calmness and refuge throughout this day. When stress begins rising within me, help my thoughts settle gently. When responsibilities and pressure start overwhelming my heart, remind me that I do not need to carry everything alone. I place this entire day into Your hands now. I release the pressure to keep holding everything together perfectly. I let go of the fears and emotional burdens that have been quietly draining my strength. And now, I choose reassurance instead of fear. Cover my mind with peace. Strengthen my heart with calmness. Lead me beside quiet waters and help my spirit rest securely within Your presence today. Jesus, remind me that You are already walking ahead of me through every situation I may face. Your presence is my shelter and peace. Jesus is with you now. Across the world, people are carrying emotional pressure, silent worries, and exhaustion into this day.
