Greetings to the SWC community I'm Abraham Sanchez (@abrahamjsr), being this my first publication in this community I took the liberty to bring you a basic Calisthenics routine, taking into account that Street Workout and Calisthenics are related to each other. Mi enfoque en esta ocasión, está basado en trabajar las bases de la Calistenia, (6 tipos de ejercicios básicos). Trabajando los dos tipos de fuerzas que existen dentro de estas disciplinas conocidas como Street Workout y Calistenia, estos dos tipos de fuerza de la que les hablo, son la fuerza de jale y la fuerza de empuje, también trabajemos el abdomen que está involucrado en todos los ejercicios. My approach this time is based on working on the basics of Calisthenics (6 types of basic exercises). Working the two types of strength that exist within these disciplines known as Street Workout and Calisthenics, these two types of strength that I am talking about are the pull strength and the push strength, we will also work the abdomen which is involved in all the exercises. En la sección de la rutina dedicada a la parte de jale estaremos trabajando en fortalecer los siguientes músculos: dorsales, bíceps, deltoide posterior, abdomen y los antebrazos de una manera muy leve. In the pull-up section of the routine we will be working on strengthening the following muscles: lats, biceps, posterior deltoid, abdominals and the forearms in a very light manner. Por el contrario, en la sección de empuje estaremos trabajando los siguientes músculos: pectoral, tríceps, deltoide anterior y abdomen. On the other hand, in the push-up section we will be working the following muscles: pectoralis, triceps, anterior deltoid and abdomen. El jale consiste en que nos encontramos alejados de una superficie y realizando un tirón nos acercamos a dicha superficie (ejemplo, la ejecución de las dominadas en las barras). En dicho ejercicio nos encontramos colgado de la barra y realizaremos un tirón buscando que el mentón pase la barra. The pull consists of standing away from a surface and pulling ourselves closer to that surface (for example, the execution of the pull-ups on the bars). In this exercise we are hanging from the bar and we will perform a pull, trying to get our chin over the bar. Por el contrario, la fuerza de empuje se ejecuta de la siguiente manera, estamos situados cerca de una superficie y realizamos un empuje que nos separe de dicha superficie (como lo hacemos al realizar flexiones en el suelo). On the contrary, the pushing force is executed in the following way, we are situated close to a surface and we push away from that surface (as we do when we do push-ups on the floor). Para esta rutina realizaremos los siguientes ejercicios: Dominadas 10Reps/4Sets Descanso: 1 minuto. Fondos 12Reps/4Sets Descanso: 1 minuto. Dominadas Australianas 12Reps/4Sets Descanso: 1 minuto. Flexiones de Pecho 12Reps/4Sets Descanso: 1 minuto. Remos en Paralelas 16reps/4Sets Descanso: 1 minuto. Plancha Abdominal 15Seg/4Sets Descanso: 1 minuto. For this routine we will perform the following exercises: Pull-ups 10Reps/4Sets. Rest: 1 minute. Dips 12Reps/4Sets Rest: 1 minute. Australian Pull-ups 12Reps/4Sets Rest: 1 minute. Chest Push-Ups 12Reps/4Sets Rest: 1 minute. Rowing in Parallel 16Reps/4Sets Rest: 1 minute. Abdominal Plank 15Reps/4Sets Rest: 1 minute.
