El día de hoy les traigo está rutina muy efectiva que es para Tonificar Brazos y espalda ya que al Tonificar y reducir los líquidos y grasas de esta zona del cuerpo obtenemos una mejor cintura más definida. Está rutina se trata de 3 ejercicios de los cuales la posición inicial se trata de plancha alta, está rutina consiste de 4 repeticiones cada ejercicio. Today I bring you this very effective routine that is to tone arms and back as to tone and reduce fluids and fats in this area of the body we get a better waist more defined. This routine consists of 3 exercises of which the initial position is high plank, this routine consists of 4 repetitions each exercise. Posición de plancha flexionando los brazos hacia atrás Posición de plancha flexionando los brazos hacia atrás Los beneficios de este ejercicio son efectivos tanto para los brazos y para la parte alta de la espalda ya que al generar fuerza se ejercita muy bien esa área del cuerpo ya que su posición es el plancha alta es decir con los pies apoyos en el piso en puntillas como realizando una flexion, los brazos estirados completamente y rápidamente los llevo hacia atrás flexionandolos para generar fuerza, esto lo hago por 20 repeticiones.
