💭 Have you ever thought about where you store emotions in your body? If you're like me (Sasha!), then every ounce of stress is held in your shoulders and upper back. Or maybe, also like me, your osteopath and/or acupuncturist has to repeatedly remind you to relax your body during treatment. In today's episode I chat with the team (Gen, Clarisse, Carolyn and Robin!) about how emotions can show up physically within the body in many different ways.
