Al igual que cualquier otra característica en el mundo orgánico, aquello que no se utiliza tiende a desaparecer o atrofiarse, y también sucede que aquello que utilizamos en exceso se potencia y puede llevar también al desequilibrio, y en la actualidad está sucediendo con el “sentido” de la mente. Por eso la importancia de salir de la mente y conectar con el resto de sentidos para facilitar el equilibrio interior, para la armonía y sintonía con el exterior también.
