On dit de lui que son talent est fait d’honnêteté et de franchise. Quand c’est bon, il le dit et quand il y a des erreurs, il le dit aussi.Depuis peu il a sorti un livre « Voyage dans les coulisses de la gastronomie » pour dévoiler les coulisses de ce milieu fascinant.Mais au fait, qu’est-ce qu’un consultant culinaire ?
