We’re talking about a super important part of a self storage investing deal… the financing.    Luckily for us, there are currently a lot more financing tools and willing lenders nowadays than there used to be (man that makes me feel old… lol). Whether you’re going the SBA route, hard money lending, using your own cash, etc. there are obviously certain fundamentals of self storage financing that we need to look at and fully understand. After all, we’re only as good as the tools we have available, and actually KNOW how to use.
