Special #1: Eugene Teo on the biggest mistakes people make with their training and nutrition

from Stærk & Smertefri

In this special episode, I'm visited by coach Eugene Teo, who was in Denmark in June 2019 to host his Muscle Mechanics workshop. You may know him from Instagram, but if not I think you will like him! He is a former bodybuilder and for many years he has been a strength coach, and educator within the field of training and nutrition. Unfortunately the sound of the episode is affected by a cable being broken inside, which caused a buzzing sound and my microphone did not record. I'm really sorry about it and have repaired the sound as well as I was able to, of course it would have been better without the broken cable. In the episode we talk about: Lessons from bodybuilding used in the general population and for pain. How there is no right and wrong way to move. The three biggest mistakes Eugene sees people doing with their training and nutrition. The distinction between pain and performance when working with lifting technique. You may want to watch the episode on video as seeing us will probably make it easier to cope with the sound: https://youtu.be/Aa56IqamTUw
