I am a firm believer that a positive mindset makes way for a life full of adventure and opportunity. The best part is that you're the only one who can decide on your timeline. It shouldn't matter if it takes hours or even days to get back into the right mindset or headspace, that's perfectly okay. But just put in the effort.
