Colin ist zu Gast bei der Craft Beer Marke BRLO in Berlin und darf sich mit der Gründerin und Geschäftsführerin Katharina Kurz unterhalten. In dieser Episode wird es natürlich darum gehen, was Craft Beer ist, wie man den Markennamen ausspricht und woher er kommt. Auch Katharina als Person steht im Mittelpunkt des Gesprächs, schließlich gab es einen entscheidenden Moment, der sie auf die Idee gebracht hat. Das Gespräch findet im Büro von BRLO statt, das wiederum in 38 alten Schiffscontainern liegt. Mittlerweile ist dort ein cooles Gastro-Konzept inkl. einem großen Biergarten entstanden, das inzwischen zum Geschäftsmodell von BRLO gehört. Sie erzählt, warum Berlin genau das richtige Pflaster für ihre Marke war und wie sie mit Bier im Kofferraum durch Berlin gefahren ist, um trotz des stolzen Preises die ersten Kunden zu gewinnen. Natürlich half ihre Marke bei der Argumentation. À propos Marke: Sie beschreibt, wie die Marke als Person wäre und stellt den Link zum unkonventionellen Gastro-Konzept von BRLO her - ein Brauhaus, in dem Gemüse im Mittelpunkt steht und Fleisch nur eine Beilage ist. Ansonsten muss sich Katharina einigen fiesen Fragen von Colin stellen, die sie gekonnt pariert. Zum Ende hin geht es dann schließlich noch um die Zukunft des Craft-Beer-Marktes.
