Stop Choosing Suffering Over Life

from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney

In therapy it had been believed for a long time, that the best way to heal from trauma memory was to go back and feel it, Thankfully this medieval practice has all but been abolished. The truth is, going back into the past, to feel the pain of something that happened in the past, is the worst action one can take Every spiritual, psychological and  New Age belief tradition tells uis what we focus on we manifest into our lives. so, if we choose to focus on the pain and suffering of the past; in the present; we are bringing the death, decay and disease of that dead memory into our lives and it  destroys every person and thing it touches in the here and now. the only way to heal completely from any past trauma, is to break free from the energy attached to it. In this way, this past trauma loses it's hold over us, and thus we can consign it to our memory bank, along  with all the other memories; good and bad; from the past there is only one way in this moment in time to achieve this and that is the two part process that is Trauma Recovery Anonymous The 3 hour online healing event $60.00 The 3 hour face time event $300.00 bookings: [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) This is the first part of this program, the giving back of the details, the baggage and all the dark energy back to our younger self, in a safe and non intrusive manner. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPM68FFQ   The second part of the program is the 12 steps of Trauma Recovery Anonymous; the spiritual solution to break free of the dysfunctional learned behaviors of that diagnosis, which for many was a misdiagnosis.
