In fact, “cancel culture” is just another type of “tattling”.  When we inform, our intention is to provide someone with information in order to EMPOWER them or someone else.  When we tattle (cancel), our intention is to BLAME them or someone else, thereby ensuring that someone is: punished publicly shamed overpowered humiliated inferior When we tattle, we are stuck in The Drama Triangle playing the role of: Victim Rescuer Persecutor Every role is motivated by BLAME.  When we inform, we are intentionally trying to EMPOWER.
