As young clinicians and SPTs, we often look up to leaders and mentors to help us and guide us to a path of finding passion in our work. Sean gives some great tips to young clinicians on how to find the perfect fit but also are they the perfect fit for you. If you are passionate about the work you do then let your passion roar. To continue to grow in your field continue to learn and continue to be open-minded to ideas. Put the focus on what you want to see and extra effort to make the vision come alive.
