What is motivation?    I had the pleasure to sit down with a former colleague and friend Joel Green. Joel is one of a heck of a businessman but an awesome motivational speaker. He recently just gave a great ted talk that you should all listen to.   Everyone has a different definition of motivation. What is motivation? How do we overcome failure? What do we do when motivation is low?  These are all the great topics we touch on during this episode.   You see, the way you think and feel about yourself, including your beliefs and expectations about what is possible for you, determines everything that happens to you.  When you change the quality of your thinking, you change the quality of your life, instantly. Just as positive words can make someone smile or a well-timed humorous quote can make someone laugh, our thoughts react to the world in real-time.
