It’s one of the hottest terms in fitness today, injury prevention. In this episode, I discuss injury-proof programming, no doing this will not keep you injury-free however you will develop the mindset to be aware and prevent injuries. In this podcast, I go over the basic fundamentals of creating programs that can help guide you in the right direction. I am not going to claim that this is all you need to do to keep injury free but this is a start. As a human, your body moves in pretty much the same way as other humans. Naturally, if you want to be strong, athletic, healthy, you train all of these foundational patterns. Here they are: Squat Hinge Lunge Push Pull Carry Rotation Core The issue with programming is we cannot mimic all these one and that is when people start to complicate things.
