SWIFT Podcast Episode 23

from SWIFT PODCAST · host Saqib Habib

I had the pleasure to sit down with the one and only Adam Ibrahim. Adam and I crossed back a few months ago literally over social media, see friendships can start on IG. Adam is a Ph.D. student at UTK, host of his own podcast, powerlifter phenom, and coach with @teamprophysique. Adam and I sat down to discuss the fan-favorite topic about weight loss, diets, competing, and a little about Ramadan. Adam broke down some great information and was educated on how we can fix the broken diet life. Growing up I always struggled with weight issues and over the years I have been there done that when it comes to diets and lifestyles changes. Ultimately, we speak about finding the appropriate lifestyle commitment for you and the appropriate coach. Just because Uncle google said this works for someone does not mean it works for you. Adam goes into metabolism, diets, and other components we need to consider when speaking with clients. I really enjoyed this conversation so hope you do as well. Thank you to everyone who has supported my podcast thus far I truly hope you are enjoying them. Comment below on what other topics you would like to hear about. Want to be a guest?
