Don’t be dismayed when you haven’t dropped four dress sizes in a week, or wonder where your washboard abs are after a day of eating healthily. Brianna shared her journey about dieting and finding the perfect body for her. She shared great information about nutrition as well as lifting for women. Most women are afraid of lifting heavyweight and Bri discusses the benefits and is a living example of discontinuing myths about women and weight training.
