SWIFT Podcast Episode 9
from SWIFT PODCAST · host Saqib Habib
I had the pleasure to sit down with a good friend who is a teacher, a fitness instructor, small business owner, trainer, and an athlete. The list of her roles is endless but her spirits are high. In the mix of her resume she works hard but is the happiest person you can meet, ready to rock everyday. We talk about work life balance and so much more. Jess shared a powerful message in this episode so enjoy. Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. You name them — work, family, health, friends and spirit and you’re keeping all of these in the air. You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls — family, health, friends, and spirit — are made of glass. If you drop one of these, they will be damaged, or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for balance in your life.
