Claudia Fabian is a 30-year beauty industry expert. Her career as a makeup artist, esthetician and Instagram pro-age beauty influencer has really given her the edge in understanding industry trends. In 2021 she decided against the advice of her peers to embrace her grey hair, she began sharing her experience on Instagram and has grown to over 199K followers. There she shares makeup tips and tutorials and her love of all things glamour. Her goal is to encourage women to age glamorously! Her message of age-positivity has inspired many to also embrace their grey. Her philosophy of “glamour never expires” is a message many people can get behind. After 3 decades in the beauty industry, Claudia’s mission as a beauty industry veteran is to begin shifting that narrative around aging as well as encourage beauty brands to showcase more women over 40 as well as change the message from anti-aging to skin health.
