Young couple, Anna Crowley (Shelley Long) and Walter Fielding (Tom Hanks) are deeply in love and have been spending their honeymoon period in bed at Anna's luxury apartment. Unfortunately for them, the apartment belongs to Anna's ex husband, maestro Max (Alexander Godunov) who sends Yakov Smirnoff to evict them. NYC housing being tough, the lovers decide to pool resources and buy a beautiful old estate in the country that quickly becomes The Money Pit - this time on Doom Generation!
