The Program in Action

from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney

This is a simple program for complicated people. Trauma Recovery Anonymous  enabled me and a hundred others, to break free of the past, simply by giving the past back to their younger self. By now, I pray you understand the past nor the future is your concern and it never should have been suggested to you that it was. Trying to heal the pains and hurts of your younger self, who defeated this event, in their lifetime, has been a terrible error of judgment foisted on you. In the first part of this program we give all of the details and the baggage of the past back to its rightful owner. But, over the intervening time, we have accumulated a lot of thoughts, feelings and energy of our own, and we give all this to our younger self; who is more than happy to take it from us. Once we accomplish this over a 2 hour healing event; we then undo all the learned dysfunctional behaviors and habits of that misdiagnosed disorder, using the 12 steps of Trauma  Recovery Anonymous. we embrace the first three steps as our foundation stones of recovery 1. No matter how justified we might feel, we will never embrace the position of victim or martyr for anyone, ever again. We come to understand people act out to fulfil their own nefarious needs, we might get caught up in their web of deceit, but we don't go there willingly 2. we are never truly alone, there will always be someone or something available to us. we no longer keep secrets, we talk to someone, even if its a pet or the wind, we don't suffer in silence, we share it with others. it might be we write s letter and burn in; but we will never suffer in silence again. 3. forget whether the chicken or the egg came first, man made solutions and our best efforts failed us. we knew for what we were suffering on a daily basis,, we need daily miracles, and the only spiritual tradition that promises miracles to broken people like us, and we don't have to get them from a middleman, is the Christian tradition, so we do whatever it takes to be able to claim any miracle in any moment steps 4-9 is your own personal work that you undertake to clean your side of the street. We learn its ok to stall, to stay in bed, to take  a day off, we just make sure we never take a step backwards. Steps 10-12 are the daily practice we use to keep us on our toes, an extension of the first 9 steps. We don't think for one moment we are cured after doing this 3 hour event. we still have to deal with life. everything doesn't magically improve. Now that we have disowned the past and the concept of being broken, we start to move mountains in our lives on a daily basis, however they present. We return to the land of the living, reclaiming our place of warrior survivors. We will never be our old self before the trauma, but we will be whole capable and normal boring human beings, no better or worse than anyone else. When we are asked about the past and how we feel, we hear ourselves declare in a commanding and empathetic voice: " What happened to that younger aspect of me was a terrible thing, and i feel for the. but they have left this plane of existence. they have stepped into the light, they are safe in the arms of our ancestors and I choose to return to ,my life in the present"   And we mean it!   The 2 hour healing event that empowers the individual to give the details and the baggage of the past event, back to its rightful owner, in a safe and non intrusive 3 hour healing event; only available on the Amazon platform   https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPM68FFQ   This is the 12 step program of Trauma Recovery Anonymous.
