from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney

The truth about anxiety and panic will set you free if you can keep an open mind. Anxiety and panic find their form in the fear we hold for any future, whether that is in 5 minutes from now or in any of our tomorrows. This is the truth that shall set you free, if you can cultivate an open mind and simply understand that all of your anxiety and panic is a healthy warning call to action,  in the face of a fear you have of something that is to happen in your future. We only exist in these 24 hours today, and to be honest, the best action is to accept that we only exist in this hour right now. Learn to use your breath to fight anxiety and panic. We also need to learn to stop listening to the voices in our head, to tell them to feck off. We learn to trust our God-given responses,  Flight Fight Freeze Fawn Faith Acceptance Trust your God-given instincts, take the appropriate action. #howtolivestressandanxietyfree24hoursaday
