The Truth about Depression & PTSD, will save you

from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney

The truth about depression and ptsd will save you from a world of hurt if you can approach it with an open mind. Depression & PTSD find their form, meaning, and purpose in past events, in our history. When we go back, or attempt to give life to that dead thing, in our history, we are attempting to resuscitate the death, decay, and disease of a dead thing in the present, and it is destroying everyone and everything it touches. The only place and person, we have any control or power over is, ourselves today. We can't fix or save a younger aspect of us from a previous lifetime; that is the mistake so many people make. The past, all parts of it, have no place in the present, and therefore, they are not ours to get depressed or stressed over. None of it is our business in the here and now. The fact that we have been conditioned to believe the lie that we are helping our inner child, suffering their trauma for them, is a crime against mankind and a sin against God and our inner child. Our inner child cannot cross over into the light until they have all their baggage, and we choose to get depressed or stressed over their pains and hurts blocks them from going home to Our Father, is the error we sadly repeat over and over again. We betray our inner child, we take them hostage against their will, and we self-sabotage our lives in the present. We are our own worst enemy; we are the ones doing all this to ourselves. Depression and PTSD are the worst kind of choices we can make. We must give the baggage and details of the past back to our inner child. We don't even get to feel for them. What happened to them cannot have any bearing or place in our lives; we can't use it to feel like a victim for them, that is not what they need from us. What they need from us is to let go of it all completely and unconditionally, so they can cross over into the light. Are you willing to let your inner child leave this fallen world? #howtolivestress&anxietyfree24hoursaday #healinganytraumamemory #traumamemoryanonymous
