Thinking A Feeling is a Mental Disorder is the Insanity
from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney
Thinking any of our feelings or emotions are a mental disorder is completely insane. All our feelings and emotions are, in fact, our instincts given to us to keep us safe at all times. When any feeling is triggered, that's our minds, hearts, bodies, or God trying to tell us that something or someone in our environment is a threat to us. It might even be a thought or a feeling that triggers us. What is important in each moment is that we trust that feeling and take the appropriate affirmative action. The responses that so many of us get stuck in are the healthy responses of young children Freeze & Fawn These responses were appropriate for young children, toddlers who needed adults to come to their rescue and either care for or save them. But as each individual grows from adolescence to adulthood, we are meant to put away childish things and embrace the adult responses of Flight, Fight, Faith & Acceptance Most importantly, understand it is perfectly normal to feel anxious, worried, or fearful of the unknown future, or things you might feel are beyond your control. It doesn't mean you have an Anxiety mental disorder; it does mean you are a perfectly normal human being, in touch with your feelings. It doesn't mean you have a Depression or Stress disorder because past events in your life cause you stress, depression, anger, sadness, or regret; it simply means you are a perfectly normal human being who finds it challenging to let go of the past But, in all situations, with the right training or direction, you can prevail and rise like a phoenix from the ashes of the trauma of your inner child. Your feelings are emotions, and for this simple reason, not a thought; they cannot be defined as a mental disorder. It's simple common sense. There is a Spiritual Solution you can embrace today, and it only takes 3 hours to restore oneself to a life in the present. Trauma Recovery Anonymous enables the individual to recognize they do not have a mental disorder, that in fact they have a broken spirit, that can be treated sand hesaled quite quickly We achieve this by giving the details and baggage of the past trauma to its rightful owner, our inner child, who was the actual victim of the event, and by doing this, they can cross over into the light. We then embrace the 12 steps of the Trauma Recovery Anonymous program to undo the learned dysfunctional behaviours and bad habits of our misdiagnosis. Only you can do this for you. It will take 3 hours of your life to complete this process. This is all about your inner child now and your responsibility to them; you are the only one with the power to allow them to cross over into the light. If you can't do this for yourself or your family about you, do it for your inner child. You know they suffered enough; it's time to let them go. It's what they need from you. Both of these books are available on the Amazon platform #healinganytraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous You can book your event with me to guide you on this journey here: [email protected] Please take the time to share this with anyone you know who suffers from past trauma or doesn't realize their feelings are their God-given instincts in action and not a mental disorder thank you Richard T
