Allegedly, Star Wars has lost 85% of its fan base, but that's only when comparing The Force Awakens box office to The Mandalorian and Grogu. Clever article title but to be fair, that's just not accurate. While Disney Star Wars has definitely alienated its core audience over the years, I don't think it's a fair comparison being made here. I do think, however, that more fans are being pushed away with bad stories by the day, than what Lucasfilm will admit to, at least under Kathleen Kennedy. Hopefully, Dave Filoni has a plan going forwards which we will discuss in the next video.
