Thriving in Recovery from Trauma with Donna Donahue

from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney

In this episode, I am delighted to introduce my audience to Donna Donahue, a licensed psychotherapist with 20 years of working on finding the best solution to past trauma. Donna believes this isn't a one-size-fits-all solution, and she has dedicated her working life and practice to offering Hope to all those she meets on this journey. Coming from trauma herself, she dared to write her story in the hope that it would empower others to stay the course.   Donna shares toolboxes that encourage self-empowerment and teaches the individual to thrive in their recovery, to rise like A Phoenix from the Ashes of one's path. Donna's hope is for each person to go from the victim they were, in another lifetime, to the survivor they became in the present, and to understand their journey is only beginning, the time to thrive as a new creation is now!     @donnadonahuelcsw [email protected]
