The Commander scoffs at surrendering to one man, but then Snake-Eyes arrives in the Metal Mayhem Mech and defeats all of Cobra's BATs and a robotic cobra. He and Flint nearly capture the Commander before he escapes in a rocket plane. Snake-Eyes then uses Metal Mayhem to destroy the earthquake machine and save Washington.
