Trauma Recovery Anonymous

from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney

Trauma Recovery Anonymous promotes that our meaning and purpose can only be found in life and living today. What happened in our past happened to a different aspect of who we are today. I am a grown man, 65 years of age, a husband, father and trauma recovery coach  . The aspect of me who suffered a traumatic event 53 years ago was a 12-year-old child. he was the victim of that event I am the survivor today. We are different aspects, living two completely different lifetimes. In his lifetime, he lived with his parents and all his siblings in the family home in Ireland. Today, my parents are dead, and one of my siblings died of leukemia, which reaffirms that the past has no business in my present today. But thankfully, there is a spiritual solution to heal the hole in your soul. You give the details and baggage of the past back to your inner child, and suddenly, they can leave this plane of existence. This is the gift of recovery, of letting your inner child go, to step into the light, and in that moment, you are free of the bondage of the past. #healinganypasttraumamemory #traumarecoveryanonymous
