Trauma Recovery Anonymous - The Solution

from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney

Have you been diagnosed with any mental disorder caused by a Past Trauma Memory? Have you been in therapy for more than one year? Have you been with more than one therapist? Have you been on multiple medications? Have you found, your diagnosis has evolved over the years, into something completely different, to what you first presented with? Might, it be possible, you are one of the 39% of people the mental health industry state were misdiagnosed? Might you be one of the 4 in every 10 people who were misdiagnosed? Might you be one of the 390 million individuals who were misdiagnosed with a mental disorder? Is it possible you are being treated for a condition you do not have, and this might be why you think you are going insane? The problem is you can't stay where you are any longer, in good conscience; its time to consider an alternative approach  to your past trauma memory and how it manifests in your life. The fact that your best efforts failed you and the mental health industry let you down; it's time  to consider you have a spiritual sickness; a hole in your soul, caused by the energy attached to the past trauma memory, eating away at you. This ,makes a lot more sense, and in this spiritual awakening moment, everything changes. Realizing what happened in the past is no longer ours to suffer or attempt to seek justice for, we become open to the idea of returning the energy of the trauma; the baggage and details and the sympathy pains;  we carried for our younger self, our inner child, back to them. In this way, we can break free of the bondage of a past event not ours, and thus, return to the land of the living in the present. We do this by giving the details and baggage of the past; and our sympathy pains we carried for our inner child; back to them in a safe and non intrusive 2 hour practice. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPM68FFQ Once we have transferred all that baggage to them; we feel this in our bodies, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.  We then embrace the 12 step program of Trauma Recovery Anonymous to undo the learned dysfunctional behaviors and bad habits of our diagnosed disorder. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPM5N1FN   Science tells us to undo learned bad habits, we have to replace those old behaviors with new ones. We learn to practice these 12 steps, as  many times a day as humanly possible, in the earlier days of our new found freedom, and in a few months from now, we set a pattern of doing these steps at least 3 times a day, before we retire at night ; on awakening ; and at meal times. This is a self healing practice. You are the only person on this planet who  can do this for you.  It requires open mindedness, honesty and willingness  &  A change of attitude, outlook and perspective. When we talk of past events, we talk of it having happened to our inner child. This is a clear indication that it didnt happen to the person you are today Furthermore, your younger self, that inner child was The Victim of the Trauma You, the person you are today, you are the survivor, not the victim. You cant be in two places at once, you cant be two different people at the same time. You can't be the survivor and the victim.
