Twister (1996): "You can't explain it, you can't predict it!"

Storm chaser, Bill Harding (Bill Paxton) is trying to start over with a new job and new fiancée, Dr. Melissa (Jami Gertz), but first he needs the final signature. He has to go back into tornado alley to get his ex, Dr. Jo (Helen Hunt) to sign, but gets caught up with the gang (Philip Seymour Hoffman, Alan Ruck, Sean Whalen, Todd Field, Joey Slotnick, Wendle Josepher, Jeremy Davies) when Jo informs him their invention, Dorothy is ready to fly. What she doesn't mention is that rival team, led by Dr. Jonas Miller (Cary Elwes) is on the scene to release a similar device, it just comes down to who successfully launches first.
