Unifying your higher and lower self

In this episode I talk about the harmonised self. My old spiritual teacher used to say that the purpose of our incarnation is to unify and harmonise the higher self and the lower self. We must do our healing and spiritual work so that our higher self, or soul, is joined and harmonised with our lower human self. This allows us to live our human life with the quality, strength, love, and wisdom of our greatest self being expressed through our human self. Our mission, our project, our purpose is twofold: healing the obstacles, trauma, and negative beliefs in our root system and simultaneously doing our spiritual practices to connect more with our greater self.
