We are Our Own Worst Enemy

from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney

We have been conditioned to believe the past is ours to suffer. at one time, left to our own devices we did the best we did with our God given instincts to cope with the horror show that was our past, that caused nightmares and flashbacks, and terrible mood swings; but try as we might, our best efforts failed us and so we went for outside help from doctors, therapists and mental health professionals. The problem from the outset is those professionals cant treat the past, they can only treat how it manifests in your life, what you present with. This is what they diagnose as a mental disorder, but these were your best coping skills in action, they weren't the problem, the problem was what happened in the past to undermine your best efforts. This meant your feelings, emotions, your reactions were being treated as the problem, and unfortunately you bought into this misconception. You were clutching at straws, who could blame you, you were hoping against hope that there was a solution in all this for you. But later, you found out, it was all a mistake, that you had been misdiagnosed and you actually don't have a ,mental disorder. Then there is the matter of all the medication you put into our bodies, causing a chemical imbalance and for many of us, are dependence on these drugs that would rule us. The medication kept us sane during the day, but when it would ware off at night, our suppressed demons, doing press-ups in the dark recesses of our minds come out to play and the night terrors are always worse than before. Recently in a study by the metal health industry [ the national library of medicine} we learned that some 390 million of the one billion people diagnosed with mental disorders, were in fact misdiagnosed. That's at least 4 in every 10 person's diagnosed were misdiagnosed. Science tells us its all about Cause and Effect. The Cause is what happened, in your history, in your past The Effect is your mental disorder That doesn't make sense What are we doing getting your coping skills treated as a mental disorder That was you at your best coping with the nightmares and flashbacks of the Cause We have to stop treating for the Effect - sheer madness and Treat for the Cause - it's not rocket science   This is where Trauma Recovery Anonymous comes to the rescue. Please share this post with all those you know with disorders, there are some 390 million cases of people who were misdiagnosed, and this would be a wonderful gift to give them; A Spiritual Solution Cost of Treatment the 3 hour online healing event $60.00 the 3 hour face time event $300.00 bookings: [email protected] This is the first part of this program, the giving back of the details, the baggage and all the dark energy back to our younger self, in a safe and non intrusive manner. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPM68FFQ The second part of the program is the 12 steps of Trauma Recovery Anonymous; the spiritual solution to break free of the dysfunctional learned behaviors of that diagnosis, which for many was a misdiagnosis. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPM5N1FN Understand our feelings and emotions are our first line of defense in the face of and danger[ real or imaginary] to take some form of action https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DNGLW129
