We grow old.. it cant be helped, that's the Good News

from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney

We grow old, it can't be helped, that's the Good News. This scientific truth is what sets us free. Our bodies are reborn anew every 6-10 years. taken at the top end of every 10 years; the body i am in today is that of a 65 year old man, in the 7th cycle from 60-70 years old. The child in my past who suffered a trauma event was 12 years old, in the 2nd cycle from aged 10-20 years old. There is no humanly possible way, I a 65 year old man can state I am a 12 year old child from 50 years ago; and by the same logic reversed, that 12 year old child cannot claim, he is me at aged 65.  Whichever way we look at this, we can clearly see, none of this thinking makes senses, if anything that would be insanity. The past is none of our business It didnt happen to the person we are today This is where Trauma Recovery Anonymous comes to the rescue.
