Die Versprechen wurden in der Realität aber scheinbar nicht so gehalten. Concept M: Colin stellt eine Untersuchung mit tiefenpsychologischen Interviews vor, die die Werbewirkung in Zeiten des Ukraine-Krieges und zu Ostern untersucht haben. Marken müssen aufpassen, welche Wirkung erzeugt wird, wenn eine übertrieben heile Welt gezeigt oder läppisch wirkender Humor eingesetzt werden. Positiv wurden dagegen bewertet: Stabilisierende Sparsignale wie bei Aldi, Solidarität und menschliche Werte wie bei Vodafone oder eine Art 'Heile-Welt-Flucht' wie bei Airbnb. Colins Fazit: Wenn eine Marke in Verbindung mit dem eigenen Markenkern handelt, wirkt es authentisch. MediaMarktSaturn: Eigentlich nennt Colin meist schlechten Nachrichten, wenn es um MediaMarktSaturn geht, aber jetzt mal was Positives: Das Unternehmen erholt sich nach der Corona-Krise, dazu trägt v.a. der Online-Handel (endlich) bei. Sie wollen zudem in den Ausbau von Omni-Channel investieren. Edeka bekommt einen eigenen Rückblick an misslungenen Aktionen. Dazu gehören der Weihnachtsspot mit der Moralkeule nach der Kritik von Greenpeace, der Preiskampf mit Netto, die zu schnelle Haltungsmarketing-Aktion zur Ukraine und nun macht sich Edeka lustig über Kinder Produkte, die teilweise von Salmonellen betroffen waren bzw. es diesen Verdacht gibt. „Kategorie ohne Namen“ der Woche - manche würden Verlierer der Woche sagen: Edeka, Ankerkraut und Nestlé Fundstücke der Woche: Oatly, Scrabble
