Es geht diese Woche um den Ukraine-Krieg und wie verschiedene Marken reagiert haben. Keinesfalls möchte Colin den Krieg mit einem exogenen Schock vergleichen. Die 3 Phasen, die wir u.a. von der Pandemie kennen (die schon eher als exogener Schock definiert werden kann), nutzt er zur Einordnung: "Reassure", "Reflect", "Readapt" und er fügt zwischen "Reflect" und "Readapt" noch "React" als 4. Phase ein. "Positiv" bewertet werden die Marken bzw. Unternehmen Vodafone, Heimatdesign, Lego, Puma und Knuspr. Aus Markensicht haben eher unglücklich gehandelt: Edeka, Gerhard Schröder und RB Leipzig. Die Gründe, auch basierend auf den 4 Phasen, erfahrt Ihr in der Folge. Als kleinen Schmunzler gibt es noch eine Art Fundstück am Ende: Den französischen Burger King-Spot, in dem der 'Video Assistant Referee' veralbert wird.
