What is Assertive Communication? How can we put it into practice?

Broadly speaking, assertive communication reflects our capacity to express our thoughts, feelings, and needs directly, honestly, and respectfully. This week's podcast is about assertive communication. We are exploring what it is and what it is not through real-life examples.
