    The thresholds that transform us

In this week's podcast, we reflect on life's thresholds. Those moments when something ends and something new begins to take shape. A graduation, a separation, a move, a loss, a new professional chapter, a milestone birthday. Moments that require our attention because they have the power to change us. In this episode, I also open my heart and share the threshold I am crossing as I turn fifty. A big hug.

The shame of not keeping up with everything

Have you ever felt ashamed for not doing the things you know would probably help you? And meanwhile, feeling like everyone else seems able to cope… except you. In the new podcast episode, we talk about something very quiet but incredibly common: the shame of feeling like you can’t keep up with everything.. Because often the deepest suffering isn’t only in what we’re not doing. It’s in the way we speak to ourselves because of it. Big hug

  3. 98

    Procrastination as protection

I want to offer you an idea that might completely change the way you see yourself. What if procrastination isn’t laziness… but protection? Because a lot of the time, we don’t postpone things because we don’t care. In fact, we often procrastinate the things that matter most to us: that project, that conversation, that change, that decision. And the more important something feels… the more fear, pressure or emotional exposure it can trigger. In this new podcast episode, we explore procrastination from a much deeper and more compassionate perspective: We talk about how perfectionism, exhaustion, fear of failure — and even nervous system overload — can make a part of us say: maybe tomorrow. In this episode we explore: 1. procrastination and the nervous system 2. perfectionism and paralysis 3. fear of failure and fear of success 4. emotional resistance 5. and how to relate to ourselves differently Because maybe you don’t need more pressure. Maybe you need more inner safety. A big hug.x

Coming Back to Yourself: a guided meditation to release pressure

I want to offer you something a little different. Instead of more content or more ideas about what to do or how to improve, today I want to offer something much simpler: a pause. Because so often we move through life holding more than we need to, expecting more from ourselves than actually helps us. And without realizing it, the body tightens, the mind speeds up, and we drift away from that inner place where there is calm. This episode comes from that place. 🎧 Coming back to yourself: a guided meditation to release pressure (link) A soft, guided meditation to help you slow down, release inner pressure, and reconnect with yourself. A big hug.

You are not “nice”… you have learned to adapt

I want to ask you something simple, but important: Are you really “nice”… or did you learn to adapt? I’m not talking about being a good person. That’s something beautiful. I’m talking about something more subtle. Saying yes when you actually mean no. Softening what you feel to avoid discomfort. Keeping the peace outside… while something inside you feels off. Because many times, it’s not who we are. It’s who we learned to be to survive

  6. 95

Teens pulling away, parents not reaching out

Do you feel like your teenage son or daughter is pulling away from you? I don’t mean whether they live with you. Or whether you talk. Or whether everything seems “fine” on the surface. I mean something more subtle. That feeling that you don’t quite know how to reach them anymore. That there is distance… even when you’re close. Because many times, it’s not that they are leaving. It’s that we don’t know how to read what they’re going through. Behind the silence… there is fear. Behind the attitude… there is insecurity. Behind “I don’t need you”… there is often “I don’t know how to ask you to come closer.” In the new podcast episode, we talk about this with honesty, and we also share our own experience with our two teenagers. What teenagers don’t say… but deeply feel. And how, as parents, we can hold the connection without invading. If you have children, or if you’ve ever felt lost in this stage… this episode is for you.

The smile we learned to wear

On Sunday, I was in small and beautiful town of Catalunya, Miravet, presenting my book You’re Prettier When You Smile for International Women’s Day. And while walking through that quiet town, I kept thinking about a sentence many women have heard at some point in their lives: “You’re prettier when you smile.” A phrase that sounds harmless. But often carries something deeper. Because it’s not really about the smile. Very often it’s about pleasing. Softening. Not making anyone uncomfortable. Over time, that training can turn into something bigger: perfectionism, fear of conflict, and difficulty setting boundaries. In the new podcast episode I speak very openly about this. About the good girl syndrome in general and about my personal experience. About perfectionism. About the anxiety that can appear when we try to be perfect. And also about something important: how we begin to free ourselves from that pattern. If you’ve ever felt that you had to be perfect to be loved, this episode may resonate with you. Big hugs!

  8. 93

The Silent Distance in Relationships ❤️‍ (and How to Reverse It)

I have an intimate question for you: Do you feel that your partner still chooses you? I’m not referring to whether the relationship continues, to whether you live together, or to whether you share responsibilities, but to something more subtle. Do you feel that the your partner is still interested in discovering who you are today? Did distance begin to grow between you instead? Because many couples don’t stop loving each other, but they do stop seeing each other. They stop asking how the other person truly feels. They stop showing parts of themselves. And little by little, the relationship loses its vitality. In the new podcast episode, we’re talking about how this emotional distance appears, with honesty and depth, and we also explore ways to start finding each other again.

The Good Girl that said ENOUGH!

Today I’m sharing a very personal podcast episode—one that marks a big moment for me. I’ve just released my new book “Sonriendo estás más guapa. Se terminó ser la niña buena”, which roughly translates into “You’re Prettier When You’re Smiling. I’m done with being a good girl” and this episode tells the story behind it. This isn’t just about me—it’s about so many of us who’ve lived trying to be good, pleasing, and perfect in order to feel loved or accepted. In this episode, I talk openly about how this book came to life, what the “good girl syndrome” really means, and why it’s not just a personality trait—it’s often a survival strategy. 💛 If you've ever struggled to set boundaries, feared rejection, or felt you had to earn your worth—this episode is for you. The book is currently in Spanish, but don’t worry—we’ll break it all down in English across today and the next episodes. And we hope the English version of the book will be coming soon!

Help! I'm Afraid of Public Speaking (part 2)

In the first part, we also focused on the root cause of this fear in order to face it deeply. We aimed to raise awareness so as not to just put a band-aid on the wound and just learn techniques without healing the underlying issue. Today in this second part, we are going to focus purely and exclusively on techniques to overcome stage fright. We will focus on the before, during, and after stages of speaking in public (with Luciano’s experiences as well) from Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. We know you're going to love it. Listen to it and please write to us sharing your experience. A big hug!

Help! I'm Afraid of Public Speaking

In this week's podcast, we're going to explore the challenges of stage fright and how to overcome them to become more confident and reassured speakers. I struggled with this issue during a time of high stress and managed to overcome it. In this episode, I'm sharing my experience and that of some clients. This fear manifests in various ways: from the typical stress before a presentation to absolute terror that can paralyze us at the mere thought of speaking in public. For many, it's more than just fear; it's an obstacle that can limit opportunities and hinder personal and professional growth. That's why in the podcast, we'll delve into how to overcome this type of anxiety from the perspectives of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), strategic coaching, and Transpersonal Psychology. You’ll come away with tools you can always use. I’ve also included a link to an article for Psychology and Mind that I wrote on the topic from another angle: https://psicologiaymente.com/psicologia/tengo-miedo-a-hablar-en-publico-como-puedo-mejorar I hope you enjoy all this material!

Tapping Session: Reduce Stress And Overthinking

This week, I’m bringing you this powerful tapping session to reduce stress and overthinking and help you restore balance on all levels. There are times when life is hectier and we feel more anxious, thus, it's necessary to have tools to effectively respond to what happens to us. Tapping is excellent for this as it helps reduce stress and anxiety, address emotional conflicts, and release energetic blockages. In case you are new to the podcast, let me tell you that tapping or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a therapy that combines principles of acupuncture with psychology. It involves gently tapping on specific points on the body, mainly on the face and torso, while focusing on emotional or physical issues that need to be addressed. Tapping stimulates the flow of energy along the body's meridians and promotes emotional balance, leading to a sense of relief and well-being. Are you interested in the topic and want to know more? Subscribe to the podcast or write to me, and I'll send you: • Tutorials and Introduction to Tapping Videos • Tapping Session: Relax Your Inner Critic • Tapping Session: Release Your Anxiety • Tapping Session: Release Your Insecurities and Receive Enjoy it!

If You're Stuck in Your Head, You're Not Living

This week's podcast is dedicated to all the people who spend their time worrying about the future and evaluating the past. I'm not saying there isn't a time for healthy reflection. It's more like a seesaw. When worry goes up, it needs to gradually go down, and when it goes down, our ability to live in the here and now should rise too. It's not easy, it takes practice, but the good news is that it's possible to honor life. In the podcast, we're discussing: 1. Real-life examples of how we get trapped in our heads without realizing it (many are my own!) 2. The psychological and physiological effects of being stuck in our heads 3. What we can do to get out of the mental rut and start living I'm also sharing an article I've written for Brainz magazine to enrich the discussion: https://www.brainzmagazine.com/post/get-out-of-your-head-and-into-your-life Enjoy, sending you a big hug!
