Man who was arrested days after winning $167MPowerball jackpot. Last month, James Farthing pleaded not guilty to battery against a law enforcement officer and requested a jury trial, waiving his presence at pretrial proceedings. However, this week, the Kentucky Parole Board reported that he waived his right to both a probable cause and final revocation hearing, instead choosing to serve out his sentence though the exact sentence remains unclear.
