Creating a podcast that can help you grow your coach/consultant business comes down to a number of key factors. When you have an idea or a flash of insight about what could be a great podcast, it’s important to ask ourselves whether it’s the right idea and the right time for the idea. I recently revisited a decision making matrix from David Maister’s book Managing the Professional Service Firm, and I was interested in how well it could be applied to the decision of starting a podcast.
