Why Failure is OK (and necessary)

from Monday Morning Mindset Shift · host Jaime Filer

Today’s shift is this, failure is the best thing that will ever happen to you. I read in a book a few years ago that failure frees the mind for a fresh start. Failure is the dead end of the habit path; and it forces us to choose another way. It makes you test yourself to show you another way. Failure forces you to break habits. As adults, we don’t see failure the same way we did as children. Children find a way. But adults… find a way out.The other thing failure can teach us, and this idea I got from Wanderlust worker, is that Without failure, we'd be less capable of compassion, empathy, and kindness. If we never ever failed, how would we make ourselves into understanding partners, friends, bosses, etc. We need failure to teach us new ways of thinking, and to remind us that we're human - and should be kinder and more patient with other humans.Come hang in my Facebook group: facebook.com/groups/teamjaim91Or connect with me on Instagram: instagram.com/jaim91If you're interested in more mindset and health hacks for overwhelmed women, find me on Instagram @jaimefilerfitness, or head to https://call.jaimefiler.com/form to learn more about the 16 week 3R Method
