Why You Can't Build Momentum Unless You're in Motion

We don’t build momentum before we get “moving”. First, we get into motion, then we create momentum. Here are a few strategies to try in order to build momentum: On paper, brainstorm any tasks you’ve been waiting to do until you build momentum or “feel” like it. Block off time on your calendar to focus. Practice the Pomodoro productivity technique: Pomodoro Technique Buy a time cube here: Time Cube Turn off noise so that you can tap into your inner, wise voice: When you drive your car, do so without a podcast, music, or talking on the phone.
