Your Soul Leaves the Body

from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney

There is a wonderful NLP practice I would like to introduce you to; and expand on it a little; to make the point of how easy it is, to break free of the shackles and bondage of the Past Trauma Memory. First find a quiet place to lie down where you wont be disturbed for this meditation practice. Let's get your breathing right. Breathe in through your nose only.  When we breathe in through our mouths, we aggravate the anxiety, panic and dread of the unknown future, stored in our chest area; and the stress, depression and despair of the past stored in our neck, back and shoulders. It's as if there is a great big elephant sitting on our chest, we cant breathe & We carry the weight of the world on our shoulders, its all too much  for me But breathe in through your nose, and the breath bypasses these areas, flow down to the center of our being where our demons lurk, and then we exhale. As you lay on the bed and once you are comfortable with your breath, close your eyes, relax and visualize your spirit in a being form, leaving your body to stand at the end of the bed looking down at you. Experience this from both aspects of you. See your soul being, stepping away  from your with all the pains and hurts, all the baggage and details and all those sympathy pains you have carried for your younger self; just relieving you of them for a little while. From the Soul aspect, looking down on your physical form, see all the wear and tear of your physical self, how broken and beaten you appear to be. Move a little further away, taking in their surroundings and see how alone and lost you appear to be; the disconnection from your family and friends. Drift a little further and take is your community and the inability to suffer fools, seeing how easily your buttons are pushed, how wary you are of letting anyone get close; your disillusionment with your recovery and wondering will it ever end. Now find yourself as the spirit form floating alongside God, asking him for a miracle to break this bondage and once you have it return to your physical form. Now you are your whole being once more.  You have gotten to see yourself subjectively from a whole new perspective. The goal of Trauma Recovery Anonymous is for you to have a complete change of attitude, outlook and perspective about who you really are and where all of your life and focus should be. There is no human power, nor all the prayers of your loved ones; nothing can fix you, except you realizing how simple it is to give the details and the baggage and all of your Sympathy Pains back to your younger self, so that they can leave this plane of existence; now they have all their baggage; and you have the miracle in your hands to accomplish this in a 3 hour healing practice. If you can stretch your imagination , can you see you the physical you, having a conversation with your spiritual entity, and hear how much they want you to let them go. It's time to think outside of the box, if you are one of the 390 million poor souls misdiagnosed with a mental disorder, then you know that way doesn't work, and please God the idea of healing the hole in your soul eating away at you; and letting your younger self leave; and using a miracle to do this, that this makes sense to you. This is where Trauma Recovery Anonymous comes to the rescue. Please share this post with all those you know with disorders, there are some 390 million cases of people who were misdiagnosed, and this would be a wonderful gift to give them; A Spiritual Solution Cost of Treatment the 3 hour online healing event $60.00 the 3 hour face time event $300.00 bookings: [email protected] This is the first part of this program, the giving back of the details, the baggage and all the dark energy back to our younger self, in a safe and non intrusive manner. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPM68FFQ The second part of the program is the 12 steps of Trauma Recovery Anonymous; the spiritual solution to break free of the dysfunctional learned behaviors of that diagnosis, which for many was a misdiagnosis. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPM5N1FN Understand our feelings and emotions are our first line of defense in the face of and danger[ real or imaginary] to take some form of action https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DNGLW129 social media details   Facebook https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61550243353404 Facebook https://www.facebook.com/thevictoryprinciple Linked In https://www.linkedin.com/in/tierney-therapy-b7a6441b6/ Instagram https://www.instagram.com/tierneyrichardj/?hl=en YouTube https://www.youtube.com/@TIERNEYTHERAPY
