Your Soul Leaves the Body

from Trauma Recovery Anonymous · host richiejtierney

This is a simple NLP meditation practice that helps the individual misdiagnosed to fully see, the emotional charge of the memory is held in the soul and not the body. Take the time to find a quiet place where you wont be disturbed. maybe  your bed would be the best place. that's for you to decide. In this practice you are to imagine your soul being stepping out of your physical body. Work at feeling this shift in your energy, that you are separating your spiritual self from your physical self. You are only doing this for a moment, whatever is comfortable for you. Feel your spiritual self  taking all of the  baggage, all of the details of your past, right back from yesterday to your birth. Don't try to see what your soul being is taking from your, just be open to letting it all go, for this moment of freedom. See your physical body from the spiritual aspect , and then feel your spiritual version of you floating from your bedroom your house and up into the sky, reaching the clouds, where that aspect of you, gives all of that baggage to your younger self, sitting gleefully in the clouds, surrounded and protected by a whole host of God's angels. See how happy your younger self is, to be getting to take back what was rightfully theirs all along. when your spiritual self has emptied your soul, and given it all to your younger self, feel yourself floating, gliding back down to your physical self in your bedroom. Once more, rejoin with your physical self, knowing you are now complete and whole I don't want too be putting words into your mouth or my expectations on you, but you feel if there has been a shift in your energy and if so, is it pleasant or not? The only person who can do this work The only person who can make this happen  That person is you I pray this practice will help give you a taste of what the many miracles you are going to claim and experience will feel like This 2 hour healing practice is this simple, its no rocket science, you have been carrying baggage of another for far too long, and thank God you have learned you were misdiagnosed and now you can feel comfortable about returning something that was never yours to it's rightful owner. The 2 hour healing event that empowers the individual to give the details and the baggage of the past event, back to its rightful owner, in a safe and non intrusive 3 hour healing event; only available on the Amazon platform   https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPM68FFQ   This is the 12 step program of Trauma Recovery Anonymous.
