How I Understand Energy and Light Language

Pick up anything that feels solid, a pen, a water bottle, your own hand, and zoom in far enough and it stops being solid. It is all moving. It is all energy. Once you have got that, everything else follows on its own. You are a body living in a 3D world, a mind holding onto everything you were ever told, and a soul that is pure frequency and already connected to every other thing out there. Light language is your body trying to translate what that soul is receiving from a higher version of you. Part of my What Is Light Language series. These episodes come from my archive.
