Friday - Sermon
In this final sermon, Brother Alex D. presents a compelling evangelistic call centered on the temptation of Christ in Matthew 4. He frames this event as the ultimate battle where Jesus, the "second Adam," confronts and defeats the enemy's three primary lies: the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. The message is an urgent appeal to leave the "prison cell" of sin and embrace the decisive victory found only in Christ. #Category:Worship Service #Date:2025-07-25 #EventType:Sermon #Speaker:Alex D. #Topic:Temptation #Topic:Sin #Topic:SpiritualWarfare #Topic:Truth #Topic:Salvation #MainScripture:Matthew 4:1-11 #Scripture:Genesis 3:15 #Scripture:Hebrews 4:15

The service culminates in the ultimate truth: Jesus came on a rescue mission to set every captive free, a promise fulfilled through His victory on the cross. --- #Category:Special Program #Date:2025-07-25 #EventType:Inspiration Hour #Speaker:Mickey K. #HasFeature:Testimony #Topic:Slavery #Topic:Freedom #Topic:Sin #Topic:Truth #Topic:Salvation #Topic:Hope #MainScripture:John 8:31-36 #Scripture:Luke 4:18-19 #Scripture:Isaiah 53:5

Truth & Tradition in our Church - Forum
What may have begun with good intentions can sometimes lead to practices that aren't truly necessary, or even biblical. Can We Trust the Bible - Forum
In this age of information gluttony, skepticism about the trustworthiness of communicated “facts” abounds. Is there anything true or reliable? Scrutiny applied to the bible is no different. Skeptics gloat that “the writers were pre-modern and unscientific,” “we don’t have access to the original manuscripts,” “it is riddled with internal contradictions and errors,” “it can’t be trusted as real history—but is a collection of perspectival reminiscences,” and so on. We will address some of these common critiques, showing how they fall short and why the Bible is reliable not only as history but as communication from a supernatural source.
