As well as, the invisible dynamics that shape our relational lives.In quantum physics, particles can exist in multiple states simultaneously. They can remain mysteriously connected across distance. Send us Fan MailMy travels within the land of Thailand has led me on an even greater journey within myself. For a while now, I've been intuitively led towards a path of dematerializing my life and encouraged to walk closer towards spirit over flesh. This journey is something I am really excited to share and explore within this episode.First up, I know the word dematerializing has probably sparked your curiosity, and to me, this word is about focusing less attention and energy of the material world in order to go within. After water fasting for multiple days and abstaining from fleshly desires such a sex, masturbation, alcohol and weed for over a month I realized I no longer have tolerance for bs. The effects of fasting, abstinence, and purging has rippled into heightened conscious awareness, weight loss, energy increase, productivity, clarity, prosperity and so much more. This process of giving up my desires in order to access my truth has been so uplifting and life changing, and I am grateful to share with you my findings on the subject of having less to be more. Lately I have been highlighting the success and good that comes along with being a spiritual boss, but today I let my heart speak the truth. Success and growth isn't always linear. This year was a testing time for many of us, and particularly in my experience it has broken me down to places I've never wanted to go to, but it was ultimately necessary. From experiencing my first heartbreak from a 2 year relationship to going broke and basically wanting to give up on everything.  The only thing that kept me going was the belief and hope within myself that eventually I'd get out of that dark space, while giving gratitude towards the small things, but what really woke me up is realizing that I had to stop denying myself of my truth. I had to learn to stop letting resentment from my ego guide me. I had to let love lead while operating from my heart space. I just want to be a living testimony that no matter what amount of pain, heartbreak, setbacks, lack or obstacles you've experienced so far, that things can get better, and let this be the moment that they are. These questions are important to you and the brand that you are building.  Analyze the answers to those questions and check if they are coming from the ego. The ego is defined as "a person's sense of self-esteem or self importance." Is who you say that you are in line with who you truly are?  Sit with yourself and truly think about all that you are. Don't continue to trap and hurt yourself by living in this false perception of yourself. Your ego is not the real you, it is a mask of protection. Allow yourself to uncover this veil and discover your true self. Be authentic and venerable with yourself in order to face the truth. It started onNovember 19, 2021 with the full moon in Taurus during Scorpio season during a lunar eclipse where the moon blocks the Earth's shadow. We will have a solar eclipse where the sun, moon and Earth are perfectly in line on December 4, 2021 with the moon in Gemini during Sagittarius season. I will explain all you need to know about the Mercury retrograde in this episode. During this time it is making it's last retrograde of the year in the sign of Libra which is the sign of partnerships. Mercury is urging you to analyze your partnerships and relationships with yourself and others to ensure that you are being surrounded by people and energies that you feel you deserve. Like everything I talk about on this podcast it all starts with your mindset and your intentions. Be real with yourself and first recognize that this addiction is self destructive. Stop chasing temporary pleasure for permanent pain that's going to be there until you feel and heal it yourself! No substance at any amount can ever heal what you're going through. You have to take the steps in doing self work, healing, and shadow work to heal, feel, and release any pain or trauma that you have. Cut off and distance yourself from any people, situations, or pleases that make you want to indulge in your addiction. Come up with a realistic plan to break free from your addiction and start to implement it NOW! Don't look for reasons and excuses to fall back into these self destructive behaviors, start finding more ways and reasons to continue to persevere and break free from your bad habit/ addiction. You can do this!
