19 - The Vision Matrix - Building From Truth, Not Pressure
What if your business wasn’t meant to be built like a straight line?In this episode of All the Way Alive, I share the concept of the Vision Matrix - a living, relational structure for creating a business, life, and body of work from truth rather than pressure. We explore the difference between building from proving, hustling, and trying to “get somewhere,” versus listening to the deeper vision that is seeking to move through you. Through reflections on the layers of self, the body, the mind, energy, creation, and unity, this episode invites you to see business not as the center of your life, but as an outer expression of something much deeper. This is a conversation about slowing down, trusting what is emerging, and creating structures that can actually hold your truth.Because most businesses are built like a straight line. But the Vision Matrix is built like a living web.The Freedom-First Business Summit is happening May 12–14. Join us for powerful conversations, teachings, and explorations around building a business that supports your freedom, your purpose, and your life: https://go.eventraptor.com/summit/freedom-first-business-summit-2605/carolinestewartAnd Freedom by Design begins May 25 — a 4-week experience to help you redesign your business around freedom, vision, sustainability, and truth: https://www.soul-aligned.ca/freedom-by-design-joinIf you’d like to stay connected, you can find me on Instagram @soulalignedcaroline or at www.carolinestewart.ca🎧 Podcast intro mastered by Miko Lay IG: @komi.artist

18 - The Beautiful Cage - When Success Isn't Freedom
In this episode, I explore a pattern I’ve lived more than once… the creation of something beautiful, successful, and alive on the outside…that slowly becomes something we feel trapped inside of.The beautiful cage. The business that works. The life that looks right. The version of you that can hold it all together. And yet… something in you knows:This isn’t it.I share my own experience of building a business over ten years… watching it become stable, profitable, and real…and then coming face to face with the realization that I had built something that no longer felt like freedom. Not because it failed…but because it succeeded. This episode opens up a deeper inquiry into how we build our lives and businesses…and how easy it is to create something that looks aligned on the outside, but slowly disconnects us from what is actually true for us.We explore the tendency to create safety through structure…control…identity…and how even the most beautiful creations can become limiting when we start living inside of them. And we look at what it means to create the “best version” of a limited self… one that achieves, holds, and succeeds…but isn’t fully free. This is not about tearing everything down. It’s about noticing.Recognizing the moment where something that once supported you…no longer does. And allowing that awareness to open a different question:What kind of life am I actually here to live?We explore:• The concept of the “beautiful cage” and how it forms• Why success can still feel misaligned or constricting• The difference between building a life vs building around a business• The pattern of creating safety through control, identity, and structure• The cost of becoming the “best version” of a limited self• Hustling for worth vs living from truth• Recognizing misalignment before it becomes burnout or collapse• Reopening the question of what freedom actually meansThis episode is honest, reflective, and quietly confronting. An invitation to notice where something in your life may look right… but no longer feels right. And to rememberEven the most beautiful cage has a door.If this episode resonates, you may feel called into a different way of building and living, one that begins with your life, your truth, and your freedom first.Freedom by Design is an 8-week live experience where we walk through your vision, your lifestyle, and your business… and reimagine it from the inside out.Not from pressure. Not from strategy alone. But from alignment. We begin April 20.You can explore and join here:https://www.carolinestewart.ca/freedom-by-designIf you’d like to stay connected, you can find me on Instagram @soulalignedcaroline or at www.carolinestewart.ca🎧 Podcast intro mastered by Miko Lay IG: @komi.artist

17 - The Abundance You’re Chasing is Who You Are
Welcome back to All The Way Alive. In this episode, I explore something that lives at the core of so much seeking… the belief that we are somehow lacking. That abundance, love, freedom, or fulfillment are things we need to find, earn, or become. But what if that’s not true? What if the very thing we’re chasing… is already what we are? This episode opens up the paradox of abundance — not as something external or achievable, but as something remembered. A return. A softening out of the identity that says “I’m not there yet.”I share reflections on the subtle ways we misidentify with lack, how the mind keeps us in a loop of becoming, and how compassion becomes essential in meeting ourselves exactly where we are.We explore what it means to pause the constant doing… and instead ask a different question:Who would I be without the thought that something is missing? And what begins to open when we allow ourselves to feel into that… even for a moment. This is not about fixing, striving, or becoming more. It’s about remembering. We explore:• The illusion of lack and how it forms through identity• The paradox of trying to “become” abundance• How the mind perpetuates separation through seeking• The role of compassion in meeting ourselves where we are• A gentle inquiry inspired by Byron Katie: “Who would I be without that thought?”• Returning to presence, being, and what is already here• Opening to possibility beyond what the mind can perceiveThis episode is soft, spacious, and quietly confronting in the best way. An invitation to loosen your grip on becoming… and rest, even briefly, in what already is.—If this episode resonates, you may feel called into a different way of building and living — one that doesn’t come from lack, but from truth, freedom, and what’s already alive within you.Freedom by Design is an 8-week live experience where we walk through your vision, your lifestyle, and your business… and reimagine it from the inside out.Not from pressure. 16 - I didn’t build this to feel trapped
In this episode, I share the truth behind something I don’t think we talk about enough… what happens when you build something that looks aligned on the outside, but slowly begins to feel like a cage on the inside.“I didn’t build this to feel trapped” became a moment of reckoning for me. A realization that even the most beautiful, successful, or “purpose-driven” things can drift out of alignment when they’re no longer rooted in truth, freedom, and self-trust.This is my Freedom Architecture story.I take you into the lived experience of building, staying too long, overriding my inner knowing, and the quiet (and sometimes loud) ways misalignment speaks. And ultimately, what it looks like to listen…to choose differently…and to rebuild from a place where life comes first. This episode is an invitation to look honestly at what you’ve created, not from judgment, but from truth. To notice where something may feel heavy, tight, or performative, and to trust that those feelings are not problems, but guidance. We explore: • The subtle ways “success” can become constriction• How misalignment accumulates over time• The difference between building from vision vs. building from pressure• Why lifestyle and freedom have to come first• The courage it takes to choose yourself, even when things are “working”• What Freedom Architecture actually means and how it beginsThis one is real, reflective, and deeply honest. If you’ve ever felt like something you built is no longer holding you the way it once did… this is for you.—If this episode speaks to you and you’re ready to build (or rebuild) your business in a way that actually supports your life, I’d love to invite you into Freedom by Design. This is an 8-week live experience where we walk through your vision, your lifestyle, and your business model… and re-architect it in a way that creates true freedom. We begin April 20.You can explore all the details and join here: https://www.carolinestewart.ca/freedo...💫 Curious about the work I share? 15 - German New Medicine 101 - Healing Beyond Fear
In this episode of All The Way Alive, I dive into German New Medicine (GNM) - what it is, a bit about where it came from, and why it’s shifting how I understand symptoms, healing, and the human body. I walk you through the Five Biological Laws in simple, human language, share how this lens has supported my own journey with heart symptoms, and explore what it means to trust the body’s innate intelligence rather than fear it.This isn’t about dogma or quick fixes. It’s about curiosity, nervous system awareness, and reclaiming wonder at how brilliantly our biology is designed.Have you heard of GNM before? Does this lens resonate or challenge you?Referenced in this episode:My book All The Way Alive (https://a.co/d/faUOtec) — a devotional dive into nervous system truths, embodiment, and remembering what it means to truly live.Learn GNM official website - https://learninggnm.com/home.html💫 Curious about the work I share?Visit my IG: @soulalignedcarolineOr explore more at: www.carolinestewart.ca🎧 Podcast intro mastered by Miko LayIG: @komi.artist

09 - The Myth of Safety
There comes a moment in the soul’s journey when the beliefs we were handed no longer fit the life we’re here to live. In this episode, I explore the mitote - the collective dream described by Don Miguel Ruiz - and how our internalized childhood beliefs were never truly chosen, but rather absorbed to keep us safe, loved, and accepted. But what happens when we begin to choose new beliefs - ones that are truly ours, rooted in our truth, our magic, and our medicine? What happens when these liberated beliefs challenge the internal “dream of the people”? Often, it feels unsafe. Dysregulating. Unsettling to the nervous system. And that’s where many of us turn back. But what if the discomfort is actually the signpost? What if “safety” isn’t always the best guide? In this conversation, we explore the tension between nervous system regulation and soul liberation, the cost of staying small for safety, and the importance of building resilience as we choose to walk the path of free belief. This episode is a love note to the brave hearts who are choosing truth - even when it shakes the system. 08 - This Beautiful Mess - Purpose as the Path
What if you didn’t need to wait until everything was figured out to live in alignment with your purpose? What if the mess — the questions, the uncertainty, the heartbreak, the becoming — was the path? In this episode, I open up about the sacred permission to begin right where you are. We explore what it means to be called forward before you're ready, to say yes to a purpose that doesn't demand perfection, and to trust the deeper knowing that rises even when everything feels undone. This is a love letter to the mess — and to the beauty that lives inside it. Whether you’re in transition, seeking clarity, or simply navigating your next step, may this episode remind you that your purpose isn’t waiting at the finish line. It’s walking with you now. 07 - Initiations in Love
What if love isn’t something we seek, but something we remember? In this episode, I share my initiation into love while in Bali, moving through portals of love and deeper remembrance. We explore the original fear of separation and the original desire to return home, the dance of forgetting and remembering, and the truth that we are not just in love—we are love itself. Through the lens of relationships, sacred union, and conscious devotion, we uncover what it means to be a clear channel of love in the world. Join me in this conversation on the nature of love, our purpose, and the beauty of being uniquely human. 06 - Letting Life Change You
Change is inevitable, but how often do we resist it? In this episode, I explore the power of embracing transition instead of pushing it away—allowing life to shape us, soften us, and expand us in ways we never expected. I dive into the archetype of The Enchantress/The Dark Feminine, a force of mystery, wisdom, and surrender, guiding us through the unknown with deep intuition and trust. This is a season of letting go, shifting, and stepping into the next version of ourselves—and I share my own tenderness around transition, including my upcoming trip to Bali and what it’s revealing to me. If you’ve been feeling the pull of change or struggling with uncertainty, this episode is an invitation to lean in, listen, and let life change you. 05 - For Love or Money? The Truth of Heart Offerings and Transactions
In this episode, I dive into the raw truth of sacred economics, unpacking the difference between heart offerings made out of love and the transactional nature of money in our modern economy. I get real about the challenges of wanting to be seen as spiritual and good, and how this often leads us to hide or mask transactions in the name of love and generosity. You’ll hear the unfiltered truth about why it’s so hard to separate the two, and how trying to fit heart offerings into the transactional box leaves us untrue to the heart. This isn’t about “being good”—it’s about being real. 04 - sacred economics- From Scarcity to Generosity and Gratitude
I don't even know where to begin with this one. Sacred Economics has rocked my world and my world view. It's an answer to a prayer. A wish for deeper understanding of how to be in right relationship. How to share more openly, more freely. And how to receive in gratitude. May this episode meet you where you are and perhaps offer a new possibility of what it means to be abundant. 02 - What is the universal field asking of you?
This episode dives into a question that changed everything for me: What is the Universal Field asking of you? At first, I didn’t know how to answer. I realized my stuck patterns and fears were shaping my desires, so instead of forcing an answer, I chose to live in the question. The answers that come aren’t about comfort—they often ask us to let go, step into the unknown, or completely shift direction. But I didn’t come here to live comfortably; I came to feel deeply, to grow, and to be alive. This isn’t a question to solve or a goal to chase—it’s an ever-emerging energy. Staying open, listening for signs, and trusting the threads has been my way of answering. Now I offer it to you: What is the Universal Field asking of you?
